The apartment is on the ground floor of a two storey building called 'The Courtyard'. You have the entire one bed apartment to yourself. There are 9 other apartments in the building. The building has a reception area and there's a courtyard space. The entrance to the apartment is at the courtyard area. The apartment entrance door operates with a key code.
